Marketing Assistant

At EGO we are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant with exceptional English language skills to join our team and assist in carrying out marketing initiatives for potential clients in English-speaking markets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.

As a Markenting Assistant you'll
  • Support activities required to execute marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns targeting English-speaking markets.
  • Review, adapt, and maintain all current marketing materials, identifying areas for improvement.Assist in the formulation of commercial proposals for clients and participate in initial sales conversations.
  • Provide assistance to the communications team in executing actions on various platforms and social media networks.
  • Support the execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of content for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Native or highly proficient English speaker.
  • Students or recent graduates of careers related to advertising, marketing, business administration or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software commonly used in marketing management.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (ability to interpret metrics is a plus).
  • Interest in technology-related topics.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Valued skills: autonomy, organization, planning, teamwork, negotiation skills, analytical capacity, and proactivity.
