



Max Capital manages complex financial products for institutional clients and oversees high-net-worth investment portfolios. It is one of Argentina’s leading capital markets firms, with a strong presence across capital markets, wealth management, and asset management.
Yet until 2024, its website failed to reflect any of that.

1. Understand the business before designing it.
Discovery & Concept: getting close to the business
Using our proprietary Discovery & Concept methodology—a structured framework for mapping value propositions, audiences, and business goals—we collaborated with stakeholders across the organization, researched the regulated financial market, and translated complexity into a clear communication architecture.




2. Design for multiple audiences with different needs.
Max Capital doesn’t have a single audience—it has several, each with different goals, expectations, and ways of engaging. The challenge was to design an experience that works for all of them without becoming generic for any of them.
















3. Build a platform that scales with the business.
Within the first year after launch, Max Capital expanded into new provinces, launched a regulated trust company, and released its first mobile app. The platform had to be ready to support that pace of growth from day one.
